Return & Refund Policy

At Shajack Shipping Containers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every container delivered meets your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature and cost of shipping containers, all sales are final once payment is received and the container is scheduled for delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, condition (if previously disclosed), or change of mind.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your container arrives with significant structural damage not previously disclosed, or if you receive the wrong product:

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email sales@shajackshippingcontainers.com with photos and a detailed description.

Our team will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, offer a partial refund, replacement, or other resolution.
3. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

Inaccessible or unprepared delivery sites

Weather conditions

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Delivery charges are non-refundable once the container has been dispatched.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

Container was not delivered due to an error on our part

Container arrived with undisclosed major damage

You cancelled the order before dispatch, and we approved the cancellation
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
